24/7 Help Line

Give yourself peace of mind knowing that Aléas’ helpline, available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, responds to travellers experiencing difficulties. The service offered in French and English ensures that a front-line assistance professional gathers important information and initiates the communication procedures of the caller’s organization, depending on the urgency of the situation. A report is then sent to the organization for inclusion in the communications log. Calls are stored for seven years.

The helpline number is integrated to the Travel Navigator™ permitting travellers to access it at all times.
